Can I add my company logo?
Yes, logo customization can be discussed for the selected model. Printing area, method, artwork requirements and packaging are confirmed before production.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the model and customization. Share your approximate quantity first; PLURA can check suitable options rather than promise one minimum for every product.
Can I arrange a sample first?
Sample availability, customization, cost and shipping are confirmed by model. Agree on what you want to check—size, finish, logo or function—before arranging it.
How are price and lead time worked out?
The model, capacity, quantity, logo, packaging and destination all matter. Event deadlines should be shared at the start. A final quotation and schedule need confirmed project details.
What about shipping and product documents?
The destination and selected model determine what needs checking. Available product and transport documentation, the shipping route, charges and delivery terms should be confirmed for each order.
